There are a multitude of challenging experiences that can be viewed through the same lens as many types of chronic pain -- that the nervous system is simply misinterpreting experiences that are safe as dangerous. In many situations beyond chronic pain the core Somatic Tracking skills can be used to find resolution & ease too.
